Franklin County Public Schools

Franklin County Public Schools (FCPS), located in Franklin County, Virginia, is seeking proposals from qualified vendors to provide a lease and servicing program for multifunction devices with related supplies, accessories and service.  We are also looking for a digital fax platform, papercut - or equivalent print management software, and webCRD support and upgrade software. The successful vendor will provide an user-friendly, secure, and scalable solution that integrates with our existing systems and meets the needs of all stakeholders, including IT, print shop, school administrators, teachers, and substitute personnel. 

The Board will accept sealed proposals until 10:00 AM (EST) on  Monday, August 24, 2026, in the Purchasing Office at 250
School Service Road, Rocky Mount, Virginia 24151.

Awarded vendor will need to attend the school board meeting held on Monday, September 7 at 6 pm.  Location is 25 Bernard Road, Rocky Mount, VA  24151
