All full-time employees of Franklin County Public Schools are eligible to participate in the Flexible Spending Account (FSA) and the Dependent Care Flexible Spending Account administered by Flores.
The Flexible Benefit plan includes two components:
- Health Care Spending Account - Allows employee to set aside pre-tax dollars from their paycheck to cover out-of-pocket medical, dental, and vision expenses not covered by the insurance plan.
