Our PRC provides INFORMATION, SUPPORT AND ASSISTANCE to Parents, Educators and any other people who are involved or interested in special needs children of Franklin County. We also maintain a lending library of books, audio tapes, video tapes, magazines, teaching material and information packets, which can be checked out by anyone needing information about Special Education or about a specific disabling condition.
Our logo, which looks like a snowflake, represents a circle of caring. Each small child in the circle is supported on one hand by a parent and on the other by a teacher.
